Keto Protein Meal #9 on the Keto Diet #shorts

This is idea #9 for a keto protein meal on the keto diet. This Jamaican-style meal consisting of 10 ounces of curried goat is 75 grams of protein which is roughly the minimum protein you should have in a day. All in one meal. If you ate 1800 calories you would need 100 grams of protein (based on the keto macro of 25% of calories). You could add another 25 grams of protein with a 4 egg breakfast.
