Keto protein meals have cheap, nutritious, options for almost any budget. This video shows three amazingly inexpensive foods that pack a lot of protein and nutrition. Eating healthy on keto doesn't have to break the bank. Eggs, sardines, and chicken livers provide much of your daily nutrition needs. These foods are dense with protein, healthy fat, choline, vitamins, iron and minerals and cost under $10 a day.
