keto protein meal idea #11 #shorts
This is the 11th keto protein meal idea. It's a British-style breakfast. No black pudding though. This protein meal breakfast is all meat and no toast. If you want you can substitute more sausages or bacon for the toast if you want to be more filled up. Just add a couple of grams of protein to the total for each slice or link.
This meal contains 40 (g) of protein. On a 2000 calorie day, you would eat 100 (g) of protein for a macro of 20%. On a 1500 calorie day, you would consume 75 (g) of protein. If you are physically active or lift heavy at the gym you would increase your protein intake and lower your fat intake. Always keep the carbs at 5% or less of calories.
