This is the fifth example of a keto fat meal to get your fat in on the keto diet. Keto switches your body from glucose to burning fat. Your body makes its own glucose and carbs are not required.
I changed multiple health outcomes with keto and low-carb eating.
I reversed type 2 diabetes among other awful morbidities.
