This is a low-carb potato substitute that is keto-friendly and probably the most popular choice on the keto diet because of its potato-like texture. Presenting cauliflower. It is very low carb whereas even a medium potato will gobble up all your daily allowance of carbs for attaining and maintaining ketosis, the desired state for fat-burning.
