This is a keto low-carb spaghetti meal. It's my tenth low-carb keto meal idea. Using zero-carb ground beef and zero net carb shirataki noodles with 15 grams of carbs in pureed plum tomatoes. It's a 15 (g) carb spaghetti meal. Add whatever seasonings suit you (savory not sweet). Shirataki noodles are made from the konjac plant or konjac root. They are zero net carbs because the fiber is equal to the carb number and fiber is subtracted. Since we aim for 20 grams of carbs or less a day to almost guarantee ketosis (the fat-burning mode), this spaghetti meal is perfect.
