Make zero carb salad dressing on the Keto Diet #shorts

Make zero-carb salad dressing when you are on the low-carb keto diet. On Keto it is advised that you eat 20 (g) of carbs or less to guarantee ketosis (the desired fat-burning mode). You can make an awesome salad with 20 grams of carbs but you'll want to add a zero carb dressing to keep to the 20 grams of carbs limit.

This dressing uses lemon pepper as the main seasoning. But you can use any seasoning you want. Black pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic, herbs etc.

Zero Carb Dressing:

2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of white vinegar
1 pinch or 2 of lemon pepper
Stir together and drizzle over your yummy 20 (g) of carbs salad.
