This is meal idea # 7 for a 20 grams carb meal in a day. It can be split up and used in a second meal also with meat (which is ZERO carbs). Sticking to 20 grams of carbs or less in a day almost guarantees ketosis. Ketosis is the desired fat-burning state that prioritizes the burning of fat over glucose and fructose. We want to burn fat either in meals or body fat but especially aiming for body fat. Losing excess body fat with the accompanying weight loss leads to the reversal or the diminishing of multiple illnesses.
