r/LegalAdvice | My Brother Claimed My House As His And Evicted Me Using Common Law. OP lets his brother stay with him during the lockdown. At one point, the brother claims OP's house as his own based on Common Law and changes the locks. OP called the police, but they won't interfere in a civil matter.
