Many people consider Bonito (also sometimes pronounced Bonita ) to be a Trash fish or Garbage fish. Known to be extremely bloody and oily, they are often thrown back after being caught. Little do many people know that if you properly clean and trim a bonito ( little tunny, false albacore) they are very tasty. They are also incredible fighters too!
