In this extremely challenging session, D and multiple unknown instruments channel Oxal. The contact is not very good, and much of the message is inaudible in the recording. The final few paragraphs are relatively clear, with Oxal reminding us that the Confederation of Planets is here to serve us, and that we must raise our vibration.
