Caipirinha
2 oz. (60ml) Cachaça

1 lime cut in chunks
1 oz. (30ml.) Simple syrup
Method: Cut the lime into chunks and place them inside of a mixing glass and gently muddle.
Top with ice and Cachaca and stir the ingredients to mix. Pour all the contents (including ice) into a rocks glass, add any additional ice on top and enjoy!

Garnish: None – the lime chunks in the drink provide a nice look to this drink
