JKD'S ABC ( ATTACK BY COMBINATION ) # 1

JKD Sifu Mike Goldberg demonstrates one of the very first of JKD's Attack By Combinations ( A.B.C. ) which is one of five (5) methods of attack in Jeet Kune Do . NOTE how both the lead and rear straight palm strike hands move, that means to say, the lead hand moves before the body does and the rear hand moves forward just as the lead hand retracts. NOTE how when the rear straight palm strike is at it's point of full extention how the shoulder shields the chin from a possible upper cut.
