九巴276A線於2001年4月開辦，來往天水圍天恆邨至上水太平邨，途經天水圍西面及上水站，並設有多條北區路線轉乘優惠，方便其他前往北區其他地方。另外，276A線在2020年8月增設往上水方向，天水圍區內八達通分段收費回贈系統。
