BiNet USA Board Meeting and Board Votes - September 1st 2019

In 2019, Faith Cheltenham, President of the Board of Directors of BiNet USA, convened BiNet USA board members from across the nation in a retreat. All costs for members travel, hotel, ride shares, and food were provided by BiNet USA in exchange for board members time.

Several former BiNet USA board members and volunteers have asked for evidence of a board vote by BiNet USA around obtaining an official copyright of the flag by BiNet USA, the organization which created it. This video provides the presentation of evidence around the flag, as well as the board discussion and board vote around the flag.

Despite direct requests by Faith Cheltenham, BiNet USA President to "LGBT Media" outlets like The Advocate, not a SINGLE LGBT OUTLET has interviewed Faith ever, not once, about the bi pride flag.
