Delusional Biden - believes The Crashing US Economy is Putin's Fault

This man should never have been permitted to be the leader of the largest economy of the world. This man is delusional and dangerous because of it. He is leading the US into the greatest economic crisis since the 1930's depression and he is blaming Russia. It could not get more ridiculous.
