A little stress meditation for you

Preparation

- Get into a comfortable position. This can be while sitting or lying down.
- While remaining in your still position, close your eyes and focus on yourself
- You can let the music play quietly in the background.

Mediation:

- Keep your eyes closed perceive yourself.
- Go through each part of the body and consciously relax it. It's best to start with your head, then go to your neck, your shoulders, your arms and continue like this down to your toes. Relax consciously and breathe calmly.
- Feel how your breath moves your body slightly
- Stay focused on your breath. Let go of emerging thoughts with a smile, always returning to your breathing.
- Enjoy those quiet moments and let go completely. Stay in your position and breathe calmly.
- Slowly come back to your present. Let things into your head for which you are grateful and enrich your life.
- Slowly open your eyes again and feel how your body feels better.

- Now return more relaxed to your everyday life
