Working on your butt is important – they're needed for power, good posture, stability, force and strength. Basically, everything.

But, what type of exercise gets a rounded rear? Strength training in particular will increase the size of your butt, and there are three main muscles you should be targeting; the Glutes (gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, gluteus minimus).

In this video, I'll show the best butt lift exercises to get a rounder butt by targeting all glutes muscles.

Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to lose fat and gain muscles :)
