Greetings Fellow Food Junkie Followers,
Today we are going to share with you a favorite of mine, southern-style black-eyed peas. We eat these often but one time that we eat these that I will not miss is on New Year's Day. Every year we eat southern-style black-eyed peas as part of a lucky meal that southerners have on New years day. This consists of Ham, Greens, Cornbread, and you guessed it, Black Eyed Peas. Now, some people from South Carolina also have a dish called Hoppn' John, which I will be sharing with you in my next video, so yall stayed tuned.
