The Kilted Texan is Born

This is the original video that started it all. I was never really a political guy until I was thrust into it by the Houston Police Department. I was dubbed “The Kilted Texan” and have been fighting for the rights of “We The People” ever since. We have allowed our rights to be eroded away for far too long.
This was taken on a hot February day in 2015, off of Highway 290 and Hollister. I have learned from this encounter and so has HPD, to the point they show this encounter to new recruits.
