My Raw Milk Routine 1.0 was 70 minutes… but now it’s only 10!

I’m seeking to get as much nutrition into our meals as possible, ya know, 80% of the time ;)

That includes raw milk yogurt, kefir, and creme fraiche. Things are shifting somewhat, but I love this routine…
