The House of Representatives, passed a series of gun reform bills, on largely partisan lines, in response to the numerous mass shootings that have occurred in recent weeks.

The Texas Legislature's approach, to school safety, and mass violence, has gone in the opposite direction, of where public opinion is currently leading. They are not going with gun control, but rather, they are going with allowing teachers to carry guns in the classroom.

Only a day after an armed man, who allegedly attempted to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and his family, the Democrat leaders blocked a bill that was to increase security for Supreme Court justices.

While the House committee that is investigating the Jan. 6 incident at the Capitol, will make its 11-month findings public in a series of hearings over the next six weeks. A Jan. 6 prisoner has issued a warning to the American people regarding the hearing.
