Any hopes of a stock market rally were dashed this morning when the BLS reported the highest Consumer Price Index reading in over 40 years at 8.6% year over year. Now all eyes are on the Federal Reserve as there is little hope of any dovish pivot from Jerome Powell and Co after this report.
