Toro 60v 22" Walk Behind mower model #21466

Bought this mower on June 4th at our local Home Depot. (video mainly for Toro) We will see how they fix this.

The bag clearly doesn't even fit the frame for the bag. We attached per the directions as there is only one way to attach it. The bag clearly doesn't even sit flush to the back of the mower or is it wide enough to attach anywhere on the mower.

Odd part was I PM'ed them on Facebook days ago with pictures. Didn't hear anything so I called this morning June 10th. The lady was very friendly, and she checked a few things like model number, serial number and asked what color the bag was. I said black and she said we will send a new bag out to you if you wish on us because the wrong bag was packed in the box. Friendly, soft spoken and clear. She emailed me asking for receipt which I provided. As far as I know I'm authorized for the correct bag.

I then get a response to my Facebook message to Toro. This is what it says:
Hello Mark, thank you for contacting Toro. We were unable to determine a defect based on the provided photos, so we checked in with our team of technicians. They advised that it appears to be the correct bag/frame and see that you may be attempting to insert the frame into the HOC plate rather than the frame posts.

The wire frame posts should sit in the V just below where you were holding the bag in the picture. We are unable to send pictures or video on social media, but do have a photo with the posts circled if that would be helpful. If you send us your email address, we'd be happy to send that to you in email.

I find there response not helpful at all. I obviously know how to insert a bag onto a mower, so does my wife and friends. More then one set of eyes were on this. I hope I'm getting the correct bag or I'll have to return the mower, and just get another brand. So question is, am I getting a bag or not. First call said YES the PM says I'm crazy...LOL

Oh well, I'll make some videos. Not sure how to insert something into the V when the post don't even rich there. Plus the bag doesn't even fit the frame so there is that too. Nice mower but I got to say this is a let down. I know mistakes happen but come on, I figured this was easy enough to show and just have them mail one out.
