Basics: Side and Front Splits

It is imperative for all people, to stretch, especially their legs. If you don't stretch your legs, you are doing a disservice to your leg muscles, and will eventually overwork them, leading to injuries, both minor and major. One major known injury is groin hernia, another would be groin tear.

I implore people to do splits, both side and front, to stretch the legs.
