Lesson #3, no edits, as real as it gets. Working on engagement, communication and towards long term real world obedience so this young dog can accompany its owner on her travels. Long way to go - but we will get there. This lesson was broken into two phases.
Phase 1: floor obedience around distractions of strange dogs, people, objects. (30 minutes - with breaks)
Phase 2: simple heel work at both Tractor Supply and Dollar General. Exposure, neutrality, and stability are the goals. Thankful to have both dog friendly stores in the same shopping center as our dog training center.
