I see this a lot in your core training, which can often lead to lack of results in your core strength, and a high risk of lower back pain and injury.

Fix your leg raises (and similar core exercises), even if that means taking a big fat ego hit and realising your core isn’t as strong as you think, and you need to regress the exercise a lot to do it properly.

When you do this, you can build your strength up from a safe and effective place.
