It’s so important to get an effective warm up done before you workout.

A warm up should include a pulse raiser, some mobility and also activation - and this 5 minute routine has it all.

If you want to prevent injuries, and prime your body for best performance then make sure you’re fully warmed up before you train! 😄💪
