10 STEPS for Best Evening Routine!

With all your workouts I want to make sure you’re recovering your body and mind, and waking up refreshed ready to smash the day and getting the best results!

Step 1 - Finish eating two hours before bed
Step 2 - Drink calming or night time tea
Step 3 - Dim the lighting
Step 4 - Get consistent sleep / wake times
Step 5 - Get off screens / work
Step 6 - Hot shower / bath
Step 7 - Meditate / Quiet the mind
Step 8 - Supplement
Step 9 - No tv or phone in bed - read
Step 10 - Dark & cool room
