A Path to Victory or Defeat? | Bizarre Electoral College Loophole
The Electoral College has confirmed Joe Biden wins. But the Trump Campaign still has not given up. Besides ongoing claims of election fraud and voter fraud, there's a new challenge to the electoral college—GOP electors have created an alternative vote for Trump, possibly resulting a situation called dueling electors. But beyond dueling electors, some conservative are taking things a step further, saying Trump should enact the Insurrection Act of 1807, and use the US military to seize ballots for a recount.
