In Defense of Militias

In the United States, members of Militia movements are derided and castigated by many. Organizations from the SPLC to the ADF regard militias with aversion, claiming that they harbor white nationalists and subversives who threaten social stability. Indeed, a plot by six so-called militia members to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) confirmed this egregious stereotype. But in this video analysis, Mr. Watson calls his listeners to consider the topic of militias in a new light. He poses that our collective understanding of groups is a detriment to grasping the true nature of some concepts. Not only that, but he elaborates on the importance of militias to the preservation of the American experiment and natural rights.
