Working in the Barn – My Kids and Goats are Adorable

Some days work around the homestead isn’t particularly glamorous but it’s necessary nonetheless. In today’s video, Ragon works on cleaning out one of the stalls in our barn. When we moved to the farm this stall already had some stuff in it but it quickly became a catch-all for lumber and fencing. We are, however, about 60 days out from the slaughter date on our beef steer and we want to finish him on a mixture of corn and feed, so we’ll need to keep him somewhere without any grass.

Keeton, Riley, Bonnie, and Clyde all make appearances during the video in pretty adorable fashion. Bonnie and Clyde are always up to goat mischief and Keeton wants to catch a chicken for the “chicken contest.”
