QUICK, EASY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Quick, easy, high protein smoothie! Could be a daily staple in your diet 💪
250ml unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
Handful spinach
@bulk protein powder
@bulk greens powder
40g oats
20g @bulk almond butter (or your choice of nut butter)
40g frozen blueberries
You can easily change up the portion sizes of these ingredients to suit your calorie and macro needs. It’s easy to increases / decrease the oats and nut butter.
