If you want to build a stronger butt, you'll want to use exercises and activities that target your glutes. The "glutes" are actually three different muscles: the gluteus maximus (the largest muscle), the gluteus medius, and the gluteus minimus.

You can't always change the shape of your glutes, but you can make them firmer and stronger with the right exercises.

Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important.
