Utility Company RIP Offs- Targetting

San Diego Gas & Electric is at it again! Two years ago they billed me over $1,260. and the CPUC covered it up.

Now SDG&E (Sempra Owned) is at it again. I wonder what little venomous creature they will gift me this time in their attempts to intimidate?
Will the abuse of these utility companies ever end?
I know I'm not the only one these controllers overbill and threaten.
