c.1930 Supertone Radio | WILL IT WORK???

My sister and her daughter came up to visit recently. My niece, Katie, had bought this 1930s Supertone console radio for $45 and brought it along for me to look at. Overall condition is good. Chassis was very CLEAN and original inside. The cabinet had a few minor issues, but was good overall. The speaker is a c.1929 Jensen Concert Series D-7 Electrodynamic. BEAUTIFUL original speaker! In this video, we'll give Katie her first electronics lesson and service this old thing back to life. Along the way we'll re-stuff all the old capacitors and add a bluetooth receiver to make it more useful in the 21st century.
