Chicago Bears Cut Candidates Following Bears OTAs Ft. Duke Shelley & Sam Mustipher
The Chicago Bears’ roster is one that needs work heading into the 2022 NFL season. Now that the June 1st deadline has passed, teams can now cut players with less NFL salary cap penalty than prior to June 1. Ryan Poles could free up some cap space so the Bears can exploit NFL free agency and improve their standing within the NFC North. Players like Duke Shelley and Sam Mustipher are on the roster bubble, and could be looking for new teams in the near future. Chat Sports host Harrison Graham breaks down 5 players the bears could cut before training camp begins next month.
5 cut candidates for the Chicago Bears ahead of the 2022 NFL season:
- Jeremiah Attaochu (EDGE)
- Duke Shelley (CB)
- Sam Mustipher (OL)
- David Moore (WR)
- Angelo Blackson (DL)
