This video was shot on Saturday, August 19, 2017, in a Target parking lot in Houston, Texas. This incident could have been much worse had it not been for Houston Police Executive Assistant Chief Troy Finner, who showed me nothing but respect from the moment he arrived. He earned my respect and am glad he is now the main Chief of HPD. Watch for yourself and decide if HPD was justified in their actions.
