More about your Function Report. (You can find SSA's provided copy of a blank report here: https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ssa-3373-bk.pdf.) This is a follow up to Epis. 17.3 (https://rumble.com/v15us7t-epis.-17.3-2022-mini-series-function-report-q20.html?mref=58p61&mc=cmj3g) - because people are forgetting this critical functional task when answering their FR questions. So after you watch 17.3, watch THIS.

The famous or infamous Social Security Disability Function Report (FR) (SSA-3373), can be the vehicle that sinks your claim due to inadvertent omission, mischaracterized narrative, and pure non-responsiveness. While the FR generally can't win your case for you, it is uber important because it CAN sink your case. And it is a permanent part of your SS folder into perpetuity.

Here Social Security Attorney Stephanie Joy provide a brief share on her thoughts about Question #s 7 -11 of the FR, so you can provide the most accurate and helpful illustration of who you are and what you can't do, in your non-working home life, which is then used to determine what capacities may still be able to convert to working productivity, if you are not accurately representing.
