In this video, I walk (or sit) you through some of my favorite stretching moves***I actually do them everyday***Whether you choose to do them before you exercise, after you exercise or first thing in the morning to wake up your body GENTLY, this will be an excellent GO-TO video for you***When you're flexible and your muscles are warmed up gently, you are much less prone to injury***Stretching is gentle on your body with the added benefit of soothing your mind***To benefit the most from my workouts, invest in the right equipment***It's always important to have the proper tools to do any job right!***In this one, all you'll need is a yoga mat***Above all, never forget that YOU are a ROCKSTAR! ⭐️

In life, make this count! Put on that workout 'uniform'; follow my lead; come back tomorrow and do it again. It's NEVER too late to look better! And, nobody can shape your body like you can. God gave you the clay, but left it to YOU to sculpt. Let's get to work and sculpt that MASTERPIECE!
