Venezuelan lawmakers have slammed the Washington’s cherry-picking for the Summit of the Americas as 'illegal, discriminatory and offensive’, after Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua were not invited to the event. We heard from Atilio Boron, an Argentinian political scientist, about the issue.
