This was one of my last TV studio appearances at Community Access Television (CATV), Canterbury, New Zealand, 2000 AD. Here I present 'Imaginer's Tear' a song that I recorded and 'produced' in 1994, it wasn't released until about 2010 as one of the songs on my album 'A Chronosonic Anthology'.

'Imaginer's Tear' is a song written, performed, recorded and produced in its entirety for -
Voice, Piano, Harpsichord, Cello, Viola, Violin, Fretless Bass and Recorders by

Imaginer’s Tear
Maestoso con molto spirito

I’m sweeping away the cobwebs, the dust in my mind,
I’m dreaming of another place, somewhere sublime,
Where princes live in castles and travel through time,
Using psychic technology, revelling in rhyme.

Glowing, heart to heart they feel-hear,
Flowing, sweet music through my third ear,
Soundings, ring the celestial spheres,
Breathing, light of crystalline clear,
Light of crystalline clear,
Clear.

[ Instrumental ]

Cruelly torn from the reverie, the realm of pure sound,
Dropping to physicality, two feet on the ground,
Back to mundane reality to face the faceless crowd,
Not knowing that their minds are voices,
yelling and screaming so loud-

Noises, uncontrolled mind-chatter here,
Peoples petty concerns fill the air,
Problems feed the atmosphere’s fear,
No-one seems to sense what I hear,
Seems to sense what I hear,
Here.

It’s often the case of giving in to the status quo,
Giving up intuition, assuming you know,
The nature of this Universe,
from what you’ve been shown,
By authorities trapped in their bodies,
who never have flown-

Breathing, light of crystalline clear,
Sounding, in the celestial spheres,
Forming, worlds upon worlds they appear,
Surging, a sea from imaginer’s tear,
A sea from imaginer’s tear,
Tear.
