Illinois' pension liability pegged more than half a trillion, part of $8.2 trillion nationwide

A recent report from American Legislative Exchange Council shows all states' public employee pension debt combined is $8.2 billion. More than half a trillion of that is in Illinois, the second largest liability of all states. Independent public spending analyst Bill Bergman sounds off.
