Eggnog
1 whole egg
1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Simple syrup (50:50 ratio)
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Cognac
For garnish: Grated Nutmeg, grated cinnamon,
and one whole cinnamon stick
Method:
Crack egg and pour all its contents into a shaker tin.
Pour Heavy Whipping Cream and Simple syrup into the mixing glass.
Pour the egg over the two ingredients above
Add Dark Rum and Cognac to mixing glass.
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with Grated Nutmeg, grated cinnamon, and one whole cinnamon stick
