Yes, this is a Hannity link that has been “fact checked.” But it is an interview on live TV with former assistant to the secretary of Defense Kash Patel, who is saying that Trump asked for 10,000- 20,000 National Guard personnel to guard the Capitol on January 6, and that Mayor Muriel Bowser repeatedly rejected these requests, and that the Capitol Police were offered the opportunity to request National Guard before the event, and they did not make the formal request.
