How to make Wholemeal sourdough bread
How to make a sourdough bread with wholemeal flour has never been something easy for any baker. But today I am showing you how easy can it be with a few tips
Ingredients:
500 gr white strong flour
400 gr wholemeal flour
650 gr water
24 gr salt
274 gr sourdough culture.
I usually ferment all my recipes until they double in size and here you go I just gave you my secret tip.
Then I keep them in the fridge for at least 12 hours and sequent I Bake them at 220 C degrees. for about 45 minutes with a lid or covered.
Remove the lid and bake until you reach your favourite colour.
