Meryl is a GB ultra-trail runner who raced her first 75K race in the Austrian alps in 2018 and then was selected to represent GB in 2019 at the Trail World Championships. She has aspirations to be selected again in 2021. Meryl recently launched her own Health Coaching business after discovering her own need for more balance in her life. She is now supporting others to achieve their health goals and more fulfillment in their lives alongside her training and racing.
