Motel Mushrooms and Steak

Every year my uncles save me a batch. I don’t hunt morels like they do. I make the best hot sauce and give them as much as they want. I did hunt those oyster mushrooms. I actually cook with wild mushrooms in so many dishes from pizza to risotto.
