Leadership Books are Scams. Nothing New about Leadership. Just Do it.

Do you have to be told what leadership is? No. But Leadership cults with their books and seminars dig up the same ole information and sell it to people who should never be leaders. If you have to pay for a leadership book, you aren't intuitive enough or self-reflective enough to lead others. Don't buy leadership books. Just go lead and learn.
CAUTION: When listening remember: 1. Dry humor and side-remark snark is not intended to hurt your feelings. 2. You can evaluate and care about the plight of others and still move on quickly without guilt. 3. Your best use of time and energy is to keep your own life lovingly and solidly positive.
