People Will Think "Oh Yeah, We Have A Free Apartment." But The People At The Top Want You To Be Dependent On The State. That Means That They Don't Want Anybody Living Out In The Boonies, They Don't Want Anyone Owning A Couple Of Acres Of Land And Water Supply Who Can Grow Their Food. The Farmers Are A Threat To This Collective Society. They Won't Need To Go To The Politicians And Say "Please Feed Me, Please Provide Me With Shelter, Please Help Me."
